Privacy policy
This policy explains what we collect when you use godofalgos.com and the members' dashboard, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we can, and we never sell your data.
What we collect
- Your account: name, email address, a secure hash of your password (never the password itself), and, if you add them, your country, time zone and notification choices.
- Licences and MT5: the MT5 account numbers and broker servers you bind, your licence keys, and the licence checks the EA makes (account, EA and time).
- Trading data: if your EA reports to your dashboard, the balance, equity, deposit and trade history of the accounts you bound.
- Payments: the coin, network, amount, your sending wallet address and the transaction hash. These are already public on the blockchain. We never see or store card details, because we don't take cards.
- Support and chat: your tickets and messages. If you use the Strategy Room, your messages may be processed by an AI provider to write the personas' replies.
- Technical: your IP address and basic request logs, kept for security.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie, which keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. It can't be read by scripts on the page. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Our fonts load from Google Fonts and Fontshare, so those services receive your IP address when your browser requests them.
How we use it
- to run your account and licences and deliver your orders;
- to show your trades, licences and servers in your dashboard;
- to answer support requests;
- to prevent fraud and licence abuse;
- to send account emails such as receipts and security notices, and product news only if you choose to get it.
Public portfolios
The customer portfolios on our site are shown only with each account owner's consent, under a display name, with their photo blurred. Owners can withdraw consent at any time and we remove the account from the board.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run God of Algos for us: hosting and database providers, email delivery and, if you use the Strategy Room, the AI provider. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. To close your account and have your data deleted, email support@godofalgos.com. We will confirm the request and delete it, except records the law requires us to keep, such as orders for tax and accounting.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email support@godofalgos.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also change most details yourself in your dashboard.
Security
Passwords are hashed, connections are encrypted, and access to your data is limited to the people and services that need it to run God of Algos.
Children
God of Algos is not for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy, the date at the top changes, and we will tell you about important changes by email or in the dashboard. Questions: support@godofalgos.com.
