Terms of service
These terms cover your use of godofalgos.com, the members' dashboard and our Expert Advisors: ZEUS, APOLLO and OLYMPUS. By creating an account or buying a licence, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
God of Algos ("we", "us") makes trading software for MetaTrader 5 (MT5) and runs godofalgos.com and the members' dashboard. You can reach us at support@godofalgos.com.
2. Your account
You need an account to buy, download and manage a licence. You must be at least 18 and the person named on the account.
- Give us accurate details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One account per person. Accounts can't be shared or transferred.
3. What you buy
You buy a licence to use our software, not the software itself. Each licence is bound to the MT5 account number(s) you give us at checkout.
- Lifetime licence: one payment, with updates, for as long as we offer the product.
- Monthly plan: renews every month until you cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Live accounts: APOLLO covers 1 live account, ZEUS 2, and OLYMPUS 3 for each EA. Demo accounts are unlimited.
- Moving an account: a bound account changes through a request to support, which we approve in the dashboard.
4. Payment and delivery
Prices are in US dollars. You pay in crypto: USDT (TRON, BNB Chain, Ethereum or Solana), USDC (Ethereum, BNB Chain or Solana), BTC, ETH, SOL, BNB or TRX. We don't take card payments.
Your order is delivered automatically once the payment is final on its blockchain. That takes a few seconds on BNB Chain or Solana and about 20 minutes for Bitcoin. Your licence key appears in your dashboard and a copy arrives with your receipt email.
Send exactly the coin, network and amount the checkout shows. If you send something different, contact support straight away. We will do what we can, but we can't always recover funds sent on the wrong network.
5. Licence rules
To keep every licence fair, you agree not to:
- share, sell, rent or sublicense the software or your licence key;
- copy, decompile, reverse-engineer or modify the software;
- run it on accounts that aren't bound to your licence, or try to get around the licence checks.
If a licence breaks these rules, we can deactivate it without a refund.
6. Updates and support
Updates are included with every licence. We may improve, change or retire features over time, and we will tell you about changes that matter. Support is by email, plus the channels your plan includes.
7. No advice, no guarantee
Our software is a tool. It is not investment advice, and we don't manage money or hold funds for anyone. We don't promise any profit or result. You decide whether, where and how to trade, and you are responsible for those decisions. Please read our risk disclosure.
8. Your trading set-up
You are responsible for your broker, account type, MT5 terminal, settings, VPS and internet connection. We aren't responsible for how your broker executes trades, for spreads, slippage, outages or platform changes outside our control.
9. Refunds
Every purchase has a 14-day money-back guarantee. The details are in our refund policy.
10. Liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for trading losses, lost profits or any indirect loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before your claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
11. Ending your account
You can close your account at any time by emailing support. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. A licence ends when it is refunded or deactivated for a breach.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell you by email or in the dashboard before an important change takes effect.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where God of Algos is registered. Nothing in them takes away rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
