Trading leveraged products carries a high level of risk. Please read this before you buy or run any God of Algos software.
Trading is risky
Forex, gold, indices and other CFDs are traded with leverage. Leverage makes gains and losses bigger, and losses can come quickly. You could lose some or all of the money in your trading account. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
We don't give advice
God of Algos makes software tools. We don't give investment advice, manage money or hold funds for anyone. Every decision to trade, and how much to risk, is yours. If you are unsure, talk to an independent financial adviser.
Past results and sample data
The master account and customer portfolios on our site show past results. Figures marked SAMPLE DATA are illustrations, not real trading results. Past performance, real or sample, does not tell you what will happen in the future.
Hypothetical results
The replay on our site ("Your capital. Your rules.") applies past monthly returns to an amount you choose. Hypothetical results have limits: they don't include your broker's spreads, commissions, slippage or execution, and they are made with hindsight. Real results will differ.
Software and technical risk
- An EA can be affected by bugs, MT5 or broker updates, server problems, internet or VPS outages, and wrong settings or presets.
- Risk presets (Guardian, Balanced and Titan) change your position size, and so they change both your gains and your losses.
- Built-in limits, such as daily loss caps, reduce risk. They don't remove it, and they can't stop prices gapping past them.
Prop-firm accounts
Prop firms set their own rules. Our presets are built to respect common rules, but we can't guarantee that you pass a challenge or keep a funded account. Check your firm's rules before you trade.
Your part
- Start on a demo account, and go live only when you are comfortable.
- Use a regulated broker, and keep MT5 and the EA up to date.
- Check your accounts regularly, even when the EA is trading for you.
- Make sure leveraged trading is allowed where you live. You are responsible for following your local laws.
